Sweep & inspect
Prefab / factory-built fireplaces: $299. Brick / masonry: $379–$429.
- Most homes under 40 years old have a prefab fireplace
- Masonry has real brick in the firebox
- Creosote removed before it becomes a fire hazard
- Inspection included with every sweep
Inspections
Level 1: $150. Level 2: $200.
